Toshiba 58L1350U HDTV ReviewsThis is the first review of the Toshiba 50L1350U. Just bought from S...S (rhymes with beers). I returned the Toshiba 50L5200U. This one is perfect. Great color, contrast, black levels and is about 10 lbs. lighter. Was able to put on the stand and put on table by myself easily. This one is not a thin tv but I have found that the thicker ones tend to be lighter. The sound is very good and can be heard easily (with the very thin tv's there's no room for big speakers). But I hooked up 2 soundbars (one for left and one for right channel; along with a BIC F12 subwoofer and WOW WOW WOW. Toshiba 58L1350U has 3 HDMI inputs and a pc input (how much would Toshiba 58L1350U cost for a 50" pc monitor? lol.
Toshiba 58L1350U ReviewsThe Toshiba 39L1350U LED HDTV is a great TV. Setup was easy, excellent picture, and very good sound.
On top of that the price was great and delivery beat the estimated delivery date. Can't get much better than that.
58L1350U ReviewsBeautiful 1080p images, when calibrated properly. Great viewing angles side-to-side and from top of screen (though I don't think the screen is IPS type). Works great as PC monitor. (3) HDMI inputs a blessing. Almost 3D type depth of field with 1080i source material. Built-in digital tuner works extremely well; received all channels in Los Angeles market. Though its digital signal strength meter isn't the greatest. Highly recommended and quite affordable.
58L1350U HDTVThis TV is awesome, the picture is perfect. I've read some people have problems with 58L1350U, when in use with an HDMI cable 58L1350U's perfect. I've watched a lot of action movies and no problem at all with the 120 refresh rate. My bluray player upscales non bluray movies and the picture is still great. I love the sound options with this TV, a lot of new tvs have horrible sound, not this one.
Toshiba 58L1350U HDTVWe purchased this TV, after deciding that we weren't interested in having our "smart" TV built in. We have an Apple Smart TV, and can always consider upgrades to this (developing and fairly inexpensive) technology. Our Sony dvd player handles our streaming needs quite well; so, otherwise what we wanted was a quality TV with a beautiful picture, as well as enough inputs/outputs to give us flexibility with our needs.
This Toshiba (32L1350U) is truly a beautiful set - especially for the price! (I went ahead and took Amazon's credit card and received the $50 gift certificate - so that came off the price.) This TV has true stereo analog outputs (full size - not a single, mini-"headphone" jack, audio output), so you can easily go through a stereo receiver to quality speakers. Otherwise, 3 HDMI jacks (cable box, dvd player, etc.); as well as a PC port, and a USB, if you must use Toshiba 58L1350U as a computer monitor.
Toshiba 58L1350U has absolutely beautiful color definition, a small frame - so a maximum viewing area, and the built-in speakers are really quite good! We were happy that we could still get full analog stereo, output capability and all the features of a current HD television.
Toshiba 58L1350U LED HDTV ReviewsGreat picture, fits my needs.
Stable stand - not the case with other televisions of the same size that I had previously tried.
I would definitely recommend 58L1350U to a friend.
Toshiba 58L1350U HDTV ReviewsI found this TV at a local brick & mortar store as an open box item. They had new versions up on the wall where I could check the picture - for the current price of $600 I don't know of any TV on the market that can beat Toshiba 58L1350U. The picture is fantastic. Very uniform color and backlighting.
Toshiba 58L1350U ReviewsI bought this as a gift for a friend and 58L1350U was the perfect item. She loves 58L1350U and it is all it should be and more. Thank you
58L1350U ReviewsI picked this up for less than 200 bucks on sale. I'm not much of a TV watcher and I don't even have cable TV. I just watch PBS and special yearly events like the Oscars and the Rose Parade off my antenna. Mostly I watch movies off my Blu-Ray player. This TV was bought to replace my old 26" LCD Panasonic Viera (about six years old). The picture quality of this LED TV is definitely superior to what I had and Toshiba 58L1350U's nice that I get 31.5" inches of screen in the same space of my bookcase that used to hold my 26" TV. Sound quality is solid, and the digital tuner is also superior to the old one on my Panasonic (I'm getting clear reception on channels that used to be sketchy). The one thing that is inferior is the time lag in changing channels; Toshiba 58L1350U's a bit longer with this TV, but nothing ridiculous in terms of a wait. This unit also has a glossy screen, and personally I prefer matte screens. My TV isn't near a window, so any glare is minor, but if you plan to watch this TV during the day and your house gets lots of light, you might prefer a different model.
The remote is fairly intuitive. The only complaint I have is that this unit didn't come with a hard copy manual. I had to download one off the internet. That's being a little too cheap in my opinion. But other than that, I'd say that this TV is an excellent value.
58L1350U HDTVGood picture and good sound. My son bought one and I was so impressed with his that I bought one. Good quality product.
